Nicole lives in a small city in the north part of the country. This city is quite cold but usually it is about temperatures that are easy to be handled which is not case this winter. For the first time in the history are noticed extremely low temperatures and everything in the town is frozen. It is that cold that is pretty hard to stay outside for a longer period. Perhaps it is because of the climate changes but this change isn't something that has made people in this town very happy. On the other hand, the frozen city is not something that can be seen often. The city actually looks amazing and the ice has made so many 'works of art' around...

Nicole, the girl we were talking about, this year is responsible for the New Year's party in the town.
