I have just had an email from our host and this is what they said.

During the migration of your server to the new datacenter, we are expecting 1 hour of downtime for your website(s) and email, as well as an inability to access your cPanel account. However, the maximum amount of down time you may experience is up to 4 hours.
We assure you that every effort is being made to minimize any impact to your site and ensure that your environment is restored to normal operation as soon as possible.
