Hi,

You should have seen a newsletter I sent this morning about BotBanish the mod.

I did reinstall it but again it just messed with the site so much I uninstalled it again. Hopefully you'll see no adverse effects from the install/uninstall this morning but if you see any issues please reply to this post tell me exactly what happened and if possible a screen shot.

The mod was not affecting the arcade or the quiz so if you have problems with those please post your findings in the forum under the quiz or arcade help.

I have reported the issues to the makers of the mod and await their reply.

Once again thank you all for patience while I try to deal with this, you really don't know how frustrating this is for me.

I've read the newsletter and assumed they were Amazon bots as I've been hit a lot with them on my server. The newsletter didn't say what bots and assumed they were from Amazon and not Facebook. I've sent you links for the Amazon bots and how to block them, if you have a VPS or dedicated server. The same would be true for Facebook or any other bots. ;)
