Games don't download Help

Hi all,
SMF 2.1.2
SMF Arcade 2.6.9.4.

Everything got up as it should.
The problem is that I can't install games. Loading up to half, then the name of the game becomes red and the load stops.

Please - can anyone help?
What to do about it?

That normally indicates that your internet connection failed whilst the game was uploading. A couple of things.

Make sure you are you uploading the zip file to install the game? Do not extract the zip file contents then upload.

You can also upload the zip files to your site via ftp. Using your FTP rpogram connect to the root of your forum and in there you will see a folder 'games_upload'. Open the folder and you should see just 'index.php' if there is anything else in there delete it.
Now upload the game zip files, you want to install, to this folder, just do 1 to start with and then once you've done that go back to your site 'Arcade Admin>Games>Manage Installations' if it's uploaded OK then you should be able to see the file you uploaded, if so then select the game by checking the left box and then click on the 'Install' button. See attached image

If you haven't got that far before the next page will ask you what category you want to put the game in, if you haven't set up any categories then select 'Default' from the drop box

That should help you get going, let me know if you need more help

NOTE: If the game installs correctly then the file will disappear from the 'games_upload' folder.

I'm sorry I cannot get Durak from anywhere on the web to play here. I have managed to get a couple of chess games and a checkers one too, you'll find them under the category 'Brain Power'
