Tofu

I had never tasted or tried tofu before.  There was a small package on sale so I decided to give it a try.  It's supposed to be a good substitute for meat.

Well I was pleased with it but it really has no taste so I just added some soy sauce.

After draining it, I cut it into cubes and fried it. I had it with my breakfast eggs.

Does anyone have a good recipe?
