Lighting up tomatoes

Dutch scientists have found that growing tomato plants under LED lights have boosted levels of vitamin C .
in some cultivars, increasing natural light levels by as little as a quarter, produced fruit containing up to twice as much vitamin C as normal.
I wonder if that would work with other fruits ?
