Another season, another Fantasy League competition. 
I know I had no takers here last season, but just maybe some of the newer members might be into it?

Got 37 players last season,
I finished 6th (bad choices in the last few weeks) 
Dave finished 27th (above 10 regulars), despite only using transfers once and keeping Cancelo (who was playing in Spain the whole season).   
The Top 15 players in this league all finished in the Top 10% of the 11 million Worldwide players

Yes there were 40 players 
Amused me again that you were only one place behind my old friend Paul, who got me into this many years ago.
At the time he claimed he was the King of Fantasy Football, until I got invited 
He did win my predictions competition this year so does know a bit about football.

Had my eye on 5th place, but made a bad transfer in the last week taking out Gvardiol and replacing him with an Arsenal defender which cost me 6 points (and 5th place)

Managed to get 108 people in my League this year, and it looks like you've finished 105th Dave 
Considering you only made 1 transfer and had a player who has been playing in Italy all season, I guess that's reasonable

2025/26 Results - The Nothing Better Than Football League (108 Players)

Lee - 12th - 2,249 points - Overall 456,486th (out of 13,107,732 players)
Dave - 103rd - 1,682 points - Overall 9,352,020th

I had a bad last month dropping from 5th to 12th in my league and 274,000 places overall.
Dave beat nearly 4 million others so must know a little bit about football 

My other family & friends finished 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 10th, 42nd and 90th in the league.
The others were just random people who picked up my invite.
Not sure if any of the 70 new members I attracted were from this site? if so thanks for playing
