Spooky or just coincidence  :scratchhead

Friday morning received another of those funeral company letters touting for business  :whistle
Came with a set of Robin stickers (see pic)
I hadn't seen a robin all year, but while mowing the grass one appeared, and kept appearing all the time I was outside. Did some weeding in the garden this morning and it came and sat about 3 feet away.
Did fly off when I got the phone out to take a picture, so only a long distance one captured.

It's probably because you were digging the garden and there was a prospect of it getting worms. Did you notice it on the patch you dug/cleared after you went indoors?

Not unusual to see a robin, just the coincidence of the first I'd seen this year turning up within hours of me receiving that letter and appeared to be there every time I turned around, on what would have been my late wifes birthday  :think

Most birds in the garden are predictable, when I finish mowing and go inside the pigeons and magpies come and check it over, Followed by a bunch of starlings.
Sparrows appear to like covering themselves in the finer dust at the end of the garden
